Box No.4

Box No.4 is a stunning handcrafted box designed with exceptional attention to detail. The box's top is made using curly quartersawn Sycamore, which has a beautiful medullary ray pattern enhanced by the left-to-right join-line creating a perfect bookmatch. The vertical sides also feature the same material with all the corners matching, and the top and vertical corners are bound in curly Eastern Maple, Wenge, and Honduran Mahogany.
 
The top features an inlay of nine pieces of Abalone shell, with the two smallest outer dots being Sterling Silver, which adds to its exquisite and sophisticated look. The inner lid is also made using Eastern Maple, while the separation edges are of curly Eastern Maple.
 
The trays are made with Curly Eastern Maple and lined with Teal velvet. The top tray comes with three sections to help keep your items organized. The dividers are held in place via visible wedged-through-tenon joinery. The tiny wedges are Wenge and are quite adorable. The corner details on the trays are made of Wenge, adding a touch of elegance to the box. The lower tray has a decorative yet functional inlaid Ebony finger pull, making tray removal easy.
